1.Acceptance
By accessing or using vincentalves.com ("the Site") and any services provided by Vincent Alves Coaching, a DBA of Volume & Adherence LLC ("I", "me", "my"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or services.
2.Description of services
I provide AI-powered personalized running training plans generated through a quiz-based assessment. Services include AI-generated plans based on your quiz responses, coaching tiers with enhanced features and direct coach access, and educational content.
3.AI-generated content disclaimer
AI-generated plans are not medical advice.
Plans are generated using artificial intelligence and are intended for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI cannot observe your form, detect unreported injuries, or account for conditions you have not disclosed. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program.
4.User responsibilities
You represent that you are at least 18; all information you provide is accurate and complete; you will consult a physician before starting if you have health concerns; you accept full responsibility for your decision to follow any plan; and you will use services only for lawful purposes.
5.Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including training plans, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Volume & Adherence LLC and is protected by copyright. Plans delivered to you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly display plans or proprietary content without written permission.
6.Payment
Plans are provided at the pricing stated on the Site. Tiers are billed monthly or one-time as stated. All payments are processed through Stripe. I do not store card information. Refund policies, if any, are stated at the point of purchase.
7.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vincent Alves Coaching, Volume & Adherence LLC, and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services, including but not limited to injuries sustained during training. Total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vincent Alves Coaching and Volume & Adherence LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or any injury or harm resulting from following a training plan.
9.Termination
I reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the services at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site and any delivered plans ceases immediately.
10.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
11.Changes
I may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
