Vincent Alves Coaching is a DBA of Volume & Adherence LLC, a Texas-based company. I operate vincentalves.com ("the Site") to provide AI-powered running coaching services, personalized training plans, and related fitness content.

2.Information I collect

I collect information you provide directly when using the Site and services:

Email address. Collected when you sign up to receive a personalized training plan or join the mailing list.

Health & fitness data. Through the quiz, I collect information about your running history, fitness level, goals, schedule, injury history, and other health-related information you choose to provide. I treat this as sensitive personal information.

Usage data. Standard web analytics — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URLs — collected through Cloudflare.

3.How I use your information

To generate your personalized AI training plan, communicate with you about your plan and services, improve the quiz algorithm and plan quality, respond to questions or bug reports, and send occasional coaching tips (with your consent). I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. I do not use your health and fitness data for advertising.

4.Third-party services

Cloudflare. Hosting and analytics. Privacy policy.

Google Fonts. Typography. May collect IP when fonts load. Privacy policy.

Anthropic. Generates your training plan from your quiz responses. Privacy policy.

Resend. Email delivery. Privacy policy.

Stripe (future). Will handle all payment data directly when added. I never store credit card information. Privacy policy.

5.Data storage & security

Your data is stored in Cloudflare D1, a serverless database. I implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure; I cannot guarantee absolute security.

6.Data retention

I retain your personal information as long as necessary to provide services or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time at [email protected].

7.Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access the data I hold about you, request correction, request deletion, withdraw consent, and request a portable copy. To exercise any of these rights, contact me at [email protected].

8.Children's privacy

The services are not directed to individuals under 18. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe I have collected information from a minor, contact me immediately.
